Abstract
This research aims to know and analyze Accounting Information System to SKPD in Makassar, either simultaneously or partially, and also organizational commitment and work discipline to officer performance at organization to reach target. This research object is financial management staff at SKPD in Makassar as subject with number of respondent 54. Data obtained in this are primary data from staff through the distribution of questionnaires obtained from SKPD in Makassar. Data analytical method in this research applies regression analysis is using multiple regression analysis by SPSS program. Result showed that: variable Accounting Information System, Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline significantly and simultaneously have a positive impact to The Quality of financial management staff at SKPD in Makassar
