Abstract

The goal of this research was to examined (1) influence factor of routine, conflict of role, climate of social support and job autonomy significant toward job stress employees in psyche hospital Surakarta. (2) examined influence conflict of role, climate of social support and job autonomy significant toward job stress employee in psyche hospital Surakarta with self efficacy as moderating variable. Data was collected from 150 employees in psyche hospital Surakarta with purposive random sampling method. The data is analyzed with some test, such as validity and reliability test with cronbach’s alpha. Assumption classic test used normality test, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinieritas and autocorrelation. Hypothesis test with used multiple regression linier analysis, determination coefficient (R 2 ), significance t and significance F. The result of the research shows that (1) the effect positive and significance between job routine and conflict of role toward job stress (2) the effect negative and significance between climate of social support and job autonomy toward job stress employees and than to decrease climate of social support and job autonomy therefore job stress can increasing job stress employees (3) increasing self efficacy of employees because job routine and conflict of role condition increasing with decrease climate of social support and job autonomy therefore job stress can decreasing or no happened (4) the effect positive and significance between routine, conflict of role, climate of social support and job autonomy according to simultaneous toward job stress employees (5) the effect positive and significance between routine, conflict of role, climate of social support and job autonomy with moderating self efficacy according to simultaneous toward job stress employees.
