The research instrument used was a questionnaire totaling 15 questions presented in the form of a Likert scale by giving a check list according to the statement. This research uses SPSS analysis tools which include validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test, simple linear regression test, t test, and determination coefficient test. The results of the research on the validity test of the religiosity variable (X) and the variable of charity behavior (Y) were declared valid and positive. And the results of hypothesis testing seen from the ANOVAa table in column F (Fcount) is 37.892 and the Ftable value is 1.81, which means Fcount> Ftable with a significant level in the Sig 0.000 F tabel dengan tingkat signifikan pada kolom Sig 0,000 < 0,05.
