Abstract

<p><em>This study aims to find out (1) the influence of students’ perception of teaching skills on students' learning motivation, (2) the influence of school environment on students' learning motivation, (3) the influence of students’ perception of teaching skills and school environment simultaneously on students’ motivation learning. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample in this study amounted to 140 respondents taken using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The data was collected using Likert scale modification questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of student’s perception of teaching skills on students learning motivation (t<sub>count</sub> 5,740 > t<sub>table</sub> 1,978) with significance (0,000<0,05), (2) there was a positive and significant the influence of school environment on students motivation (t<sub>count</sub> 3,415 > t<sub>table</sub> 1,978) with significance (0,000<0,05), (3) there was a positive and significant the influence of student perception of teaching skills and school environment simultaneously on students motivation learning (F<sub>count</sub> 65,243 > F<sub>table</sub> 3,06) with significance (0,000<0,05). The overall result of the analysis in this study supports the assumed hypothesis.</em><em></em></p>
