The samples were selected through a purposive sampling method from the village under the criteria that in the village lived 25 pregnant mothers. The data obtained for this study with a non-randomized control group pretest post-test design were analyzed through the Independent t-test method. This study showed that there was an influence of health extension through the lecture method with the media of leaflets to improve the score of knowledge and attitude of pregnant mothers on the Exclusive Breastfeeding Administration with p-value = 0.001 < 0.05.
