Abstract

The low legal compliance of Jambi residents in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol has resulted in an increasing number of Covid-19 cases in the city of Jambi. The purpose of holding this research is to see the effect of legal knowledge and legal awareness on legal compliance of residents of Jambi city in implementing the Covid-19 health protocol. This research design uses quantitative research methods with data collection used is a questionnaire, while the sample was obtained using an area sampling technique, amounting to 278 people. Based on data analysis using multiple regression models, the results showed that simultaneously the variables of legal knowledge and legal awareness had an effect on legal compliance.
