Abstract
The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of knowledge on work motivation. 2) Analyzing the effect of skills on work motivation. 3) Analyze the influence of knowledge on employee performance. 4) Analyze the effect of skills on employee performance. 5) Analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 6) Analyzing the indirect effect of knowledge on employee performance is mediated by work motivation. 7) Analyzing the indirect effect of skills on employee performance is mediated by work motivation. This research was conducted at Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto) Raya Polsek, Jl. West Pacet, Ledok, Pacet, Kec. Pacet, Mojokerto, East Java 61374, research time in August 2016. The population in this study were employees of Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto). The sampling method used was saturated sampling because the population was only 40 people. Other terms of saturated sample are census, quantitative data analysis and statistical testing methods. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1) Knowledge has a significant effect on work motivation. 2) Skills have a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Knowledge does not have a significant effect on performance. 4) Skills have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 6) Knowledge does not have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation. 7) Skills have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation.
