Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance, and the effect of training and non-physical work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java. The population in this study were all employees of Pizza Hut Delivery Karawang, West Java, totaling 70 people, the sample technique used was the saturated sample technique, the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed Y = 11.955 + 0.282 X1 + 0.438 X2. While the correlation coefficient value shows 0.724, it can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y). And the Coefficient of Determination Test obtained the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.525, it can be concluded that training (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) together have a contribution of 52.5% influence on employee performance
