Abstract
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh paparan Cd terhadap eLFG pada perokok aktif pekerja parkir di Kelapa Gading.
 Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan sampel darah dari 20 responden pada perokok aktif yang diambil secara purposive sampling yang dianalisis kadar Cd (ICP-MS) dan eLFG (CKD-EPI).
 Hasil: Kadar Cd pada semua responden dalam kategori normal (< 4,9 µg/L). Sebanyak 80% responden memiliki nilai eLFG kategori normal (≥ 90 ml/menit/1,73 m2), dan 20% dalam kategori tidak normal (60 - 89 ml/menit/1,73 m2). Hasil uji korelasi Pearson's menunjukkan R= -0,345 < 0,468 artinya tidak ada hubungan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji regresi linier sederhana hasil p = 0,136 > 0,05 artinya tidak ada pengaruh. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada pengaruh paparan Cd terhadap eLFG pada perokok aktif pekerja parkir di Kelapa Gading
