Abstract

One Village More Product (OVMP) is one of the programs that the STIE IGI campus wants to initiate in order to improve rural welfare and equality through empowering MSMEs. The purpose of this program is to see the effectiveness of developing OVMP in the handicraft industry and tourism industry in Sumberejo-Manyar-Wonogiri Village. This program has been started with a qualitative descriptive approach. This means collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. In this study, researchers used simple random sampling, which is the entire population is the sample in the study, so the number of samples in the study was 133 respondents. This study uses 4 measuring instruments, namely the performance scale which consists of 5 statements, the motivation variable scale with 5 statements, the innovative work behavior variable scale with 5 statements and the empowerment scale with 5 statements. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 21 for Window software. The results of the study conclude that there is an influence of motivational variables, innovative work behavior and empowerment partially affect the performance of MSMEs with innovative work behavior having a dominant influence on performance. The results of the simultaneous calculation of motivation variables, innovative work behavior and empowerment have an effect on performance of 40.2%. The result of partial calculation of the most influential variable is the subjective norm of 62.9%.
