Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation, competence and career development on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of motivation, competence and career development on performance, to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on performance, and to analyze the effect of organizational motivation, competence and culture on commitment and performance. The population was 3,818 employees from 8 SKPD and determined a sample of 362 people. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 9. The results found that motivation had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. While Career Competence and Development has a positive and not significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.
