Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this research are all employees who work at Shopee Express Surabaya DC. The sample used in this research was 86 employees. Using a non-probability sampling method (non-random sampling) with a purposive sampling type. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used in this research are Multiple Linear Analysis, R2 Determination Test and Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test). The results show that first, partially the calculated t value > t table (0.165 < 1,662) with a significance level of 0.870 > 0.05. Thus, it shows that work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Second, partially t count > t table (2.858 > 1.662) with a significance level of 0.008 < 0.05. Thus, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, from the calculated F value of 3.731 > F table of 3.11 with a significance level of 0.028, indicating that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Shopee Express Surabaya DC.
