Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Research was conducted on employees of PT. SR International took a sample of 65 respondents taken using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The data obtained was processed using the SEM PLS (Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) analysis technique using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study show that motivation has no effect on employee performance but has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance.
