Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of employee motivation, compensation and loyalty on the performance of employees in the Probolinggo Regency Goods and Services Procurement Department. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method, namely the number of samples is as large as the total population of Probolinggo Regency Goods and Services Procurement Department employees, totaling 35 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research that uses descriptive statistics with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The tool used is the SmartPLS Version 3.0 program. The research results show that motivation and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee loyalty, employee loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance through employee loyalty, and compensation has a significant effect on performance through employee loyalty.
