Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and workload on teacher performance through teacher job satisfaction. If you look at the type of problem being studied, this research uses a quantitative approach, namely research that uses path analysis. The research results show that work motivation and workload each directly have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, the influence of work motivation, workload and job satisfaction each directly has a significant effect on teacher performance. The indirect effect of work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction is significant. Likewise, the indirect effect of workload on teacher performance through job satisfaction is also significant.
