This research examines about. "The relationship between student career adaptability to academic achievement of the Islamic counseling guidance study program, the Faculty of Indictment and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". This study aims to find out first, a description of the career adaptability of students in the Islamic counseling guidance study program and second, to find out whether there is a relationship between student career adaptability and academic achievement of the Islamic counseling study program, the faculty of dakwa and communication, Uin Raden Fatah Palembang. The study used a quantitative correlation approach with a population of 141 respondents and a sample of 56 respondents. Sampling used simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was through the Pearson product moment test with the help of Windows SPSS Version 22. The results of the study showed first, that the career adaptability description of students was at a moderate level of 77% 109 people. and secondly, it is known that the result of Asymp sig.(2-tailed) is 0.00. Value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between student career adaptability to academic achievement with a relationship value of 0.676 in a strong relationship and has a positive direction.

ABSTRAK Penggunaan bahan bahar fosil yang berkepanjangan menyebabkan berubahnya iklim global. Selain masalah iklim dan lingkungan, penggunaan bahan bakar ini secara berkelanjutan juga menyebabkan menipisnya ketersediaan sumber daya alam tersebut. Tentunya hal ini menuntut solusi guna memenuhi kebutuhan energi baik dalam skala regional maupun global. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan sumber energi alternatif dari radiasi matahari. Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah merupakan salah satu kampus yang menerapkan konsep Green Campus (GC). Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan analisis Intensitas Cahaya Matahari (ICM) sebagai sumber energi alternatif khususnya di lokasi Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah. Analisis ini menggunakan data ICM re-analisis ERA5 dengan rentang waktu 1950-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi antara ICM terhadap Dipole Mode Index (DMI) dan ENSO. Selain itu juga, dilakukan proyeksi ICM hingga 2030. Secara klimatologi ICM yang diterima di lokasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang sepanjang tahun berkisar - dengan puncak terjadi pada September. Fenomena ENSO dan IOD berkorelasi positif terhadap ICM yang diterima di lokasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. ICM sepanjang tahun pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa sepanjang tahun ICM yang diterima di lokasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang relatif konstan. Hasil ini juga ditunjukkan berdasarkan anomali ICM sebesar . Hasil proyeksi menunjukkan bahwa ICM yang diterima di lokasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang berkisar hingga tahun 2030. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ICM yang diterima di lokasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang sangat berpotensi sebagai sumber energi yaitu solar cell. Apart from climate and environmental problems, the sustainable use of this fuel also causes the depletion of the availability of these natural resources. Of course, this requires a solution to meet energy needs both on a regional and global scale. One way is to use alternative energy sources from solar radiation. Raden Fatah State Islamic University is one of the campuses that applies the Green Campus (GC) concept. In this regard, it is necessary to analyze Solar Light Intensity (ICM) as an alternative energy source, especially at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University location. This analysis uses ICM ERA5 reanalysis data with a time span of 1950-2022. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis between ICM and the Dipole Mode Index (DMI) and ENSO. Apart from that, ICM projections were carried out until 2030. Climatologically, the ICM received at the UIN Raden Fatah Palembang location throughout the year ranged from - with the peak occurring in September. The ENSO and IOD phenomena are positively correlated with the ICM received at the UIN Raden Fatah Palembang location. ICM throughout the year observations show that throughout the year the ICM received at the location of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang is relatively constant. This result is also shown based on the ICM anomaly of . The projection results show that the ICM received at the UIN Raden Fatah Palembang location is around until 2030. This shows that the ICM received at the UIN Raden Fatah Palembang location has great potential as an energy source, namely solar cells. Recognition of the best place of return, namely heaven, is very important for the individual. By knowing the pleasures of heaven, humans will always compete in goodness. Because, Allah has prepared a gift in the form of heaven for those who believe and fear Him. This study has a purpose, namely to be able to find out how to apply Al-qur'an-based information services to introduce the pleasures of heaven to students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were collected through data collection techniques, namely interview and observation techniques. The subjects of this study were 28 students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study are (1) Hadith-based information services to introduce students to heaven are carried out in several stages, namely: (a) planning stage, (b) organizing elements and service objectives, (c) implementation stage, (d) assessment, and (e) follow-up and report stages, and (2) Through hadith-based information services, students can get a good introduction and understanding of heaven as the best place to return, namely regarding (a) the nature of heaven, (b) the urgency of heaven as the best place for humans to return, (c) the pleasures in heaven, and (e) how to reach heaven. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that hadith-based information can be an alternative in introducing students to heaven as the best place to return.

Covering a woman's private parts is proof that she loves Allah SWR. and obey the commands of Allah SWT. She is a woman who longs for heaven as an eternal residence in the future. The aim of this research is to find out how to increase understanding regarding the obligation to cover the private parts for women through group guidance based on the Koran for students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling study program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects were 10 students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative descriptive data analysis. This research obtained results namely that group guidance based on the Koran was implemented through four stages, namely the formation stage, transition stage, activity stage and termination stage. Then, understanding of the obligation to cover the private parts of students has increased, namely understanding of the meaning of private parts, the limits of private parts for women, the law on covering private parts, as well as threats for women who do not want to cover private parts.

This study entitled the relationship of self-control to academic procrastination in final semester students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Academic procrastination is currently still found among students, especially final semester students who are in the process of working on their thesis. Academic procrastination can have a bad impact on students, because a lot of time is wasted and does not find useful results. This happens because of a person's lack of ability to control or change his inner response to avoid unexpected behavior. This study aims to determine the level and relationship of self-control to academic procrastination in final semester students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlation research. The population in this study was 524 students and the sample was 52 respondents. The sample technique used is simple random sampling technique (random sampling), data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data processing techniques using SPSS Version 25 with product moment correlation. With a validity test level of 0.273 and a reliability test level of 0.6. The results showed that the level of self-control towards academic procrastination in final semester students was moderate. Judging from the acquisition of scores with moderate qualifications amounting to 59,61%. Meanwhile, for the level of academic procrastination, scores with moderate qualifications are as much as 69,23%. Then there is a significant relationship between self control and academic procrastination of final semester students with a relationship value of 0.458 using product moment correlation with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between self-control and academic procrastination in final semester students

Electronic Employee Performance Sheet (E-LKP) is a website-based application of the State Islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang used by ASN employees and lecturers with additional tasks with the aim of reporting their performance results. This study aims to determine the acceptance and use of the E-LKP Application (Electronic-Employee Performance Sheet) at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang using the Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) and using all variables in MMUST, namely 8 constructs in the form of Information Quality, Information Satisfaction, Social Influence, Performance Expectancy, Attitude, Use, Overall Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 186 respondents. The data analysis used is using PLS-SEM with the Smart-PLS version 3.0 tool. The overall results of this study indicate that the acceptance and use of the E-LKP application at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang using the Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) Model has an effect of 92.8%. From this percentage, it can be said that the E-LKP application at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has been accepted and used by users, namely ASN employees and lecturers with additional assignments.

As public relations in one of the educational institutions, public relations of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang functions as a two-way communication tool to foster harmonious relationships both for the general public and for the internal public (university scope). By collaborating with the mass media, this will certainly produce a positive impact. So here the author aims to find out the role of public relations performance at Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN) Palembang. And to find out how the public relations performance of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang is perceived by Palembang Ekspress (Palpres) journalists. The research method used by the author in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by conducting direct observations in the field and seeking information through observation and interviews. And resulted in a discussion regarding the public relations performance of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, and how Palembang Express journalists perceive the public relations performance of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the public relations performance of Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN) Palembang, public relations has carried out its duties and functions as a publication media, both news and information regarding activities inside and outside the university via websites and social media. Not only that, now UIN Raden Fatah Palembang's public relations also utilizes mass media as a medium for disseminating information, and this produces good output and input for UIN Raden Fatah Palembang's public relations. Then, the public relations officer at the State Islamic University (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang, in the perception of Palembang Ekspres journalists, the public relations officer at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has successfully carried out public relations activities and is considered to be very good at carrying out its roles and functions. Even though there were several obstacles in the collaboration that occurred, this did not hamper the communication and collaboration process that occurred.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychological Well-Being by reviewing Work-Life Balance for women lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This research used quantitative correlational research. The population in this study was 225 female lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of being married, having children, and willing to be the research subject. The sample was 54 female lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The scale used in this study is the Work-Life Balance Scale and the Psychological Well-Being Scale, which are adjusted and adapted based on the theory. This study used simple regression analysis techniques using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0 for windows. The results of the R square test for the Work-Life Balance variable on Psychological Well-Being are 0.081. These results indicate that 8.1% of the variable Psychological Well-Being is influenced by Work-Life Balance, while other factors outside Work-Life Balance influence the rest. From the data on the categorization of Work-Life Balance variables and Psychological Well-Being variables, it is known that the subject is still in the low to medium category.

This study aims to determine the effect of reading interest on learning achievement in 4th semester students of the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study used a survey method with purposive sampling of 30students.Data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and student learning achievement scores. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that reading interest has a significant influence on the learning achievement of students of the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The correlation value or relationship between the two variables, namely the independent variable (Reading Interest) and the dependent variable (Learning Achievement), which is indicated by the R value of 0.751. In addition, R Square has a value of 0.565. The significance value shows the F Count value of 36, 330 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 5.65%. The regression analysis results show that there is a positive relationship between reading interest and student learning achievement. The higher a person's reading interest, the higher their learning achievement. The implication of this study is that to improve students' learning achievement, it is necessary to increase their reading interest. This research can be a contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia, especially in an effort to improve the quality of learning at the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of gadgets on the social interaction of students of the Journalism Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah, UIN Raden Fatah. Using a quantitative approach, the questionnaire as the primary data source. Sampling with a total sampling of 25 students, data analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the study using SPSS version 23 showed that the value of t = 6.883, the significance value was 0.049 with a significant level of 0.005. This means that there is a significant positive level between variables X and Y. Furthermore, the results of the large relationship between the two variables obtained an R Square value of 0.589 (58.9%). This means that the relationship between the two variables is sufficient. Then when viewed from the results of the t-test, the t-count value is obtained by t = (6.883>2.035) with a significant 0.049, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be concluded that the relationship between the Effect of Gadget Use on Social Interaction of Journalistic Studies Program Students Class D Class 2015 Faculty of Da'wah UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has a significant and significant relationship.

This holds particularly true for faculties dedicated to Da'wah and Communication, where religious principles, communication, and academic rigor converge. This study explores governance practices and decision-making dynamics within the Da’wah and Communication Faculty at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research delves into administrative structures, decision-making processes, and their impact on academic, religious, and communicative dimensions. Differentiating educational governance from corporate governance, the study underscores the complexity of educational contexts. In the Da’wah and Communication Faculty, the Management Review Meeting serves as a crucial governance practice. The meeting involves agenda overview, prior meeting evaluation, academic contributions, student affairs, financial analysis, technology assessment, and open discussion. This strategic approach enhances organizational performance, aligning with the principles of good governance. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach, utilizing cross-sectional data from interviews and questionnaires. The Likert scale measures perceptions, with decision-making as the dependent variable and good governance as the independent variable. Hypothesis testing involves simple linear regression and partial tests. Research findings suggest a positive but statistically insignificant correlation between knowledge management (KM) and decision making (DM). Influencing factors include small sample sizes, high variability, insensitive measurement methods, unaccounted control variables, temporal aspects, and chance factors. Enhancing significance requires expanded sample sizes, detailed control variables, and robust statistical methods. Contextual considerations are crucial, emphasizing the context-dependent nature of the KM-DM relationship. In conclusion, the KM-DM relationship is generally perceived as positive, yet lacks consistent statistical significance. Factors influencing this relationship necessitate methodological improvements. Recognizing the context-dependent nature of KM's impact on decision-making outcomes, researchers can refine strategies for more targeted decision-making in educational organizations.

This study aims to: (1) identify the factual conditions of guidance and counseling services that exist at the Faculty of Dakwah and Communication of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, (2) analyze the problems experienced by students, (3) identify the needs of students for guidance and counseling services, ( 4) Knowing the process of developing a peer counseling guidance service model with a mentoring approach and (5) Producing an effective mentoring approach peer counseling service model following the objective conditions of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication. This study uses a development approach (research & development). The population and research subjects were students, PA lecturers, BK lecturers, Deputy Dean III for student affairs and cooperation and guidance and counseling experts. Data collection tools in this study used interview guidelines and questionnaires. The results of the study show: (1) the factual condition of counseling guidance services at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication is carried out by academic supervisors individually (45.14%), and group (42.44%) not good category (2) description of the problems experienced by students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication-based on the results of the AUM analysis of the most common problems experienced by BPI study program students in the field of career and work problems ( KDP) of 46.01%, and Personal Self (DPI) of 36.58% (3) students' need for guidance and counseling services is needed (86.98%) with reasons to help students solve/handle problems (9.44%), personal, academic, social, career and religious fields, students will take advantage of (52, 05%). 4) developing a model for peer counseling services by conducting preliminary studies, designing a hypothetical model, carrying out due diligence, improving the model, limited field trials, and perfecting the model. 5) The peer counseling guidance service model, the mentoring approach is effective 72.04%, in helping solve student problems at the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

This research is entitled "Application of Image Training Techniques in Overcoming Insomnia in Clients "N" Students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". This study aims to determine the insomnia condition experienced by client "N" in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students and to determine the application of imagery training techniques to overcome insomnia in client "N" in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach and case study method. The subject of this research is one of the students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, namely client "N". Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques, pattern matching, formation of explanations and time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that the condition of client "N"'s insomnia is difficulty sleeping, feeling tired, headaches, difficulty concentrating, irritability, red eyes, and sleepiness during the day so they don't do activities. well. After carrying out the counseling process in 8 meetings using 5 stages in the application of imagery training techniques, so that results are obtained, client "N" has experienced many changes and has returned to its original state where the client is able to sleep and regulate his sleep. pattern correctly. Client "N" began to show a responsive response and concentrate fully in completing tasks and obligations. This shows a much better change in client "N" and helps clients maintain a balance of sleep patterns and health, through Imagery Training therapy to form good habits in client "N".

This research was motivated by the survey of the Religious Moderation Professionalism Index (IPMB) on all State Civil Apparatus within the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This program is carried out to quantitatively measure the level of professionalism and religious moderation of each ASN as a basis for assessment and evaluation in development efforts. The research question focuses on analyzing the transformation of attitudes and practices of Religious Moderation for the lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang, as well as exploring the efforts that must be undertaken by the lecturers at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang in implementing the principles of Religious Moderation at the university. The method used in this study is quantitative with the population and sample of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang lecturers, for measurement techniques using the Likert scale, namely to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang lecturers about religious moderation. The results showed that the implementation of IPMB has had a positive impact on the transformation of attitudes and practices of religious moderation in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang lecturers. Lecturers become more understanding and internalize the values of religious moderation, so that their attitudes and practices become more moderate. This can be seen from the increasing national commitment, tolerance, nonviolence, and respect for local culture.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Indeks Profesionalisme Moderasi Beragama (IPMB) terhadap Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kementerian Agama. Survei ini dirancang untuk menilai seberapa profesional dan sejauh mana moderasi beragama dimiliki oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara sebagai dasar sebagai landasan evaluasi dan pengembangan. Fokus penelitian adalah transformasi sikap dan praktik Moderasi Beragama pada dosen UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang, serta upaya yang diperlukan untuk menerapkannya di lingkungan kampus. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan skala likert untuk menilai sikap, pendapat, dan persepsi dosen tentang moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi IPMB berpengaruh positif terhadap transformasi sikap dan praktik moderasi beragama pada dosen UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang. Dosen mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, tercermin dalam komitmen yang lebih tinggi terhadap kebangsaan, toleransi, penolakan terhadap kekerasan, dan penghargaan terhadap budaya lokal. Perubahan ini mengindikasikan perlunya upaya berkelanjutan dalam mempromosikan moderasi beragama di kalangan akademisi untuk menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang inklusif dan harmonis. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting tidak hanya bagi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Palembang tetapi juga institusi pendidikan lainnya yang ingin meningkatkan moderasi beragama di kampus mereka. Peningkatan komitmen terhadap nilai-nilai moderasi beragama diharapkan dapat memperkaya dialog antaragama dan antarbudaya serta memperkuat kerjasama lintasagama dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan pengembangan masyarakat.

STUDENTS’ IMPLICATIONS FOR SAFARI ACTIVITIES OF UKMK LPTQ&D UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG:CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT STUDIES. In today's social life there are still many unresolved problems in the field, one of which is a moral crisis such as promiscuity, crimes against friends, theft, cheating habits, drug abuse, pornography and vandalism. The moral crisis will poison generations, especially students. To overcome these problems among students, namely the need for character education in universities. The purpose of this study is to identify the implications of student safari activities for UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang and describe the implementation of the student safari activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and makes UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang the object of research. Collecting data through interviews and documentation (primary data) and books, journals or other articles (secondary data) and analyzing data by integrating the results of interviews with other journals, books or articles and then made an interpretation. The result is that the implications of the student safari activities of UKMK LPTQ&D UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in character development studies are developing religious character, respecting achievement, responsibility, friendship/communicative and cooperation. The activities in implementing the student safari activities of UKMK LPTQ&D are tadarusan, lectures ramadhan, teaching religious materials in schools, holding competitions and torch parades.
