Abstract
The research examined the relationship between four variables that influence intellectual capital creation, namely opportunity for exchange (KUP), value anticipation (AN), motivation to engage (MUT), and combination ability (KK), as well as its effect on team innovation (IT) through the dual mediation effect of knowledge quality (KP) and quality of knowledge sharing dimension (KBP). Data was collected from 348 employees of the information technology (IT) sector in Jakarta. Path analysis is performed to test proposed hypotheses using AMOS software. The results revealed that in addition to the quantity of knowledge sharing, there are other important quality dimensions that influence team innovation.
