Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment, Rewards and Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment in Employees of Perumda Tirta Pase, North Aceh District. The research method used is data analysis using multiple linear analysis, namely by collecting data from data sources, namely primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data, this is to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the F test (simultaneous) can be seen that the independent variables consisting of the variables Physical Work Environment (X1), Rewards (X2), and Job Characteristics (X3) jointly affect Organizational Commitment (Y), with a calculated F value > F table (40.305 > 2.883) or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), partially the Physical Work Environment Variable (X1) affects the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) with a t count > t table (2.549 > 2.032 ). < 0.05), while the Characteristics variable (X3) has no effect on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y), namely the value of t count <t table (1.118 < 2.032) or significance > 0.05 (0.272 > 0.05) Variable conclusion Physical Work Environment (X1), Rewards (X2), Job Characteristics (X3) collectively have a contribution to the Organizational Commitment variable (Y) of 0.761 or 76.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.
