Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research using a population of 109 employees of the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province, the sampling technique is random sampling using the Issac and Michael formulas obtained by 78 employee respondents. The analysis technique uses an Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the results of the study known that the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Compensation both partially and together can explain the variables of the Employee Performance of the Maritime and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province
