Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the passing-control of a futsal player, namely to improve passing-control with a form of juggling exercise for futsal extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Pakedai. This research was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis with research methods in the form of experiments. This research was also conducted in 12 meetings which consisted of 10 meetings to provide treatment, while 2 meetings were used as pre-test or initial test and post-test or final test and research design. This study uses a one group pre-test-post-test design and uses a research instrument in the form of a passing control test assisted by a passing and control assessment sheet. The subjects of this study were all students who took part in futsal extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Teluk, totaling 20 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Jugling practice on students' passing control with a percentage increase of 76%. It can be concluded that there is an effect of juggling practice on passing-control abilities in futsal games.Keywords: futsal, passing – control, juggling practice
