Abstract

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extensions in order to maintain and attract other customersOne way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on consumer loyalty on YOU Transmart Padang products. This research includes quantitative research, the population in this study are visitors from April to August 2021 as many as 5,900 visitors. The sampling technique used in this study was dental sample determination, which was to determine the sample based on chance, using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to YOU Transmart Padang products
