Abstract

This study aims analyze the effect of incentive policies and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT. Garindo Techno Mandiri Padang. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is employee of Garindo Techno Mandiri Padang as many as 65 respondents and the sample is 65 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique where all populations are ampled. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application. The results showed that the incentive policy had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty
