Pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Dan Keamanan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Indah Logistik Cargo Surabaya (Cabang Kenjeran)

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of work communication, work equipment, and work safety on job satisfaction at PT. Inda Logistics Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch). In the design of this study, we used the post-survey method. The data used is quantitative data.
 
 The analytical method used is multiple regression testing, data quality testing, and classical hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS26. The results of this study indicate that work communication can have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. At Indah Logistik Cargo Surabaya (Kangeran Branch), work facilities can have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of PT. Indah Logistik Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch) and Employment Security have a partial effect on job satisfaction of PT. Inda Logistics Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch). Meanwhile, work communication, work equipment, and work safety have a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Inda Logistics Cargo Surabaya (Kengelan Branch).
