Abstract
ABSTRAK Human resources is an integrated capability of intellect and physical resources owned by the individual. In anticipation of the demands of change and adaptability in the Organization, human resources need to be prepared in order to increase the capacity and performance to keep learning through supply, attitudes or skills. Any organization or company needs to adjust and set the staffing programs that cover a variety of issues in order to improve the performance of employees. The existence of competence arising from inside employees and supported with a good career development as well as the fun hopefully will encourage employees to work in a timely manner and would also spur employees to improve performance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the picture, influence, relationships, and the extent to which the level of pelaksanaa between competence, career development, and employee performance in pt. ABC President Indonesia Modern Trade Area of West Division. The population of this research are all employees of PT. ABC President Indonesia Modern Trade Area of West Division of the 419 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the total sample as much as 81 employees. Type of this research is a descriptive verifikatif. A statistical instrument used is correlation and multiple regression analysis by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis. Research results show that competency, career development and performance of employees of PT. ABC President Indonesia Modern Trade Area of West Division are on a high category. Based on the results of the analysis of this research competence and career development have an effect on the performance of employees.
