Abstract

This study aims to know 1) the effect of financial compensation on employee turnover intentions, 2) the effect of job stress on employee turnover intentions, 3) the effect of organizational commitment to employee turnover intentions. The study was conducted at Hardy's Malls Gianyar located on Jl. Ngurah Rai No.85, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali. Respondents in this study as many as 103 employees with the method of collecting samples using saturated samples or census. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale with 5 points to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained prove that financial compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions. The next result is, job stress has a positive and significant impact on employee turnover intentions. This study also obtained results, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions.
