Abstract

Abstract In testing the hypothesis for Personality of Employee Performance is obtained The influence of employee personalities partially have a significant effect on employee loyalty. To test Job Orientation variables on Employee Perceived Value performance obtained partially have a significant influence on Employee Performance. To test the variable of Employee Placement to Employee Performance is obtained partially have a significant influence on Employee Performance. And on hypothesis testing simultaneously, it can be concluded that the influence of Personality, Work Orientation and Employee Placement simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
