Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT YBM at Timika. The company is conducting construction business which has two offices. The first is consider as center of administration Office, and the second office is field project office. Central Office (CO) is the centre of organising and controling all the contruction business project at all location. To respon the business move, contingency leadership style is applied at CO. At the other side, CO employees hold an importan role on conducting the business, and suppose to have a high motivation to achive their performance. Regarding the objective of this study, all employees at CO were design as population. Then resaerch sample were selected by sensus method, and accouted 50 employees as research samples. The author emplyo multiple regression to analyse the data. Empirically, it is found that leadership and motivation significantly affect on employee performance of PT YBM. However, work environment variable was not statistically significant; means that work environment at CO had no effect on employees performance.
