Abstract

This research is to understand and describe the ability of school principals, the work environment, and the ability of teachers at the Sub Rayon 10 Middle School in the Probolinggo District Education Office. Then to understand and analyze the simultaneous and partial between managerial and school abilities to improve the performance of the teachers of the Sub-Rayon 10 Public Middle School Probolinggo District Education Office. This research is a quantitative explanatory research with 109 participants. The results of the study showed that simultaneous related to the principal's managerial ability and work environment that was significant to the teacher's ability. Partially, there is an influence on managerial principals on teacher performance as well as a significant relationship with the work environment on teacher performance
