Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of educators' integrity on students' character at GRETA Christian Elementary School in Banyuwangi. Educators' integrity is considered a crucial factor in shaping students' character because educators serve as strong role models in the educational environment. The research method used is quantitative to collect and analyze data from a number of respondents consisting of educators and students. It is concluded that the Sig. Value = 0.000 ˂ 0.05 indicates an influence of variable X on variable Y or F Table 92.391 is greater than 3.316 F count, hence there is a significant influence between educators' integrity on students' character at GRETA Christian Elementary School in Banyuwangi Regency.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integritas pendidik terhadap karakter siswa di SD Kristen GRETA di Banyuwangi. Integritas pendidik dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa karena pendidik merupakan model peran yang kuat dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari sejumlah responden yang terdiri dari pendidik dan siswa. Diperoleh simpulan Nilai Sig. = ,000 ˂ 0,05 yang terdapat pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y atau F Tabel 92,391 lebih besar dari 3,316 F hitung, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara integritas pendidik terhadap karakter siswa di SD Kristen GRETA di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.
