Abstract
Oil palm is an important plantation crop producing food oil, industrial oil, and biofuel. Integrity is defined as acting consistently in accordance with the values and code of ethics, loyalty can be interpreted as loyalty, devotion and trust given or directed to a person or institution, in which there is a sense of love and responsibility to try to provide the best service and behavior.
