Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rental prices, facilities and locations on the intention to rent back on boarding house services in Jimbaran Village and the effect of rental prices, facilities, and locations simultaneously and the most dominant variable on the intention to rent back on boarding house services in Jimbaran Village. The respondents were 100 people who were still actively studying and renting boarding houses in Jimbaran Village in the last 3 years when this study was conducted. This study used non-probability sampling method, especially purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study are, rental prices have a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, facilities have a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, location has a positive and significant effect on the intention to rent back on boarding house services, rental prices, facilities and location simultaneously affect the intention to rent back on boarding house services and rental prices are the most dominant variables in this study. This research becomes reference material for boarding house owners in Jimbaran Village to continue to maintain their marketing by reviewing rental prices, facilities and locations according to the expectations of consumers who want to look for boarding houses in Jimbaran Village with the hope of being able to influence consumers to rent again.
