Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, organizational culture and work motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. The samples taken in this study were 45 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sample and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember, while leadership style, work environment and organizational culture have a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember and simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Jember.
