Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of training effectiveness, marketing personnel and relational competence directly and indirectly on the performance of marketing personnel through financial compensation. This study used quantitative research. The population of this research was the marketing staff at PT Ciputra Properti Persero Tbk. The sample was 58 marketing personnel. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research was path analysis. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of marketing training and relational competence indirectly affects the performance of marketing personnel through financial compensation.
