Abstract

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and (3) the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research with a population of 395 employees. The sample of this research used a simple random sampling technique with 80 samples. Data collection techniques were done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study stated that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance (t=2.81, sign 0,01), (2) there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance (t=3.17, sign 0.00) and (3) there was a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance (t=73.48, sign 0.00).</em></p>
