Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Based on the results of brief interviews with employees of the Graha Kaori Group, it was found that the employees in general were good but there were still shortcomings that needed to be overcome, such as organizational citizenship behavior that was not maximized. This study used a sample of 88 employees. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis, classical assumption test and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating employee organizational commitment.
