Abstract

This study titled Effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervention variable in the Padang city fire department. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intermediate variable at the Padang City Fire Department. The population of this study included employees of the Padang City Fire Department. The sample was taken from 67 respondents using solving technique. The data analysis methods used by the author in this study are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis test and hypothesis test. From the analysis done, the author found that there is a positive and insignificant impact between the organizational culture variable and the work motivation. There is a positive and significant effect between work discipline variables on work motivation variables. There is a positive and significant effect between variables. There is organizational culture variables on employee performance variables. There is a positive and significant effect between work discipline variables on work motivation variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work motivation variables on employee performance a positive and insignificant influence between organizational culture variables on employee performance through work motivation. There is a positive and insignificant impact between the work discipline variables on the employee's work results through work motivation.
