Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Organizational Culture and Job Design have on employee productivity. After analyzing the Multiple Linear Regression test: Y = 13,445+ 0,258X1 + 0,314X2 indicates that the magnitude of the role of Organizational Culture and Design variables is positively related to employee productivity. Then the coefficient of determination test (R2) shows the Adjusted R Square result of 0.182 or 18.2%, this shows that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) and the Job Design variable (X2) explain the employee productivity variable of 18.2%. Furthermore, for the F (simultaneous) test, Fcount (4.681) > Ftable (3.32) and a significance value of 0.005
