Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, Padang Bulan Medan Branch. The population in this study was 81 respondents. Respondents were all employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Padang Bulan Medan Branch. The data analysis process carried out first is classical assumption testing and then hypothesis testing is carried out. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously work culture, job satisfaction and work motivation together have a significant positive effect on employee work performance. Partially, work culture has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee work performance.
