Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload, work stress, and work motivation on the work performance of ticketing officers at PT KAI Gambir Station partially and simultaneously. The method used in the research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was a population of Ticketing Officer PT KAI Gambir Station for 50 people. Data collection using a questionnaire method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a significant influence partially between Workload, Job Stress, and Motivation on Work Performance. The results also found that workload variables, work stress, and work motivation together (simultaneously) affect the work performance of ticketing officer employees of PT KAI Gambir Station. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja ticketing officer PT. KAI Stasiun Gambir dan pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan ticketing officer PT. KAI Stasiun Gambir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sejumlah populasi Ticketing Officer PT. KAI Stasiun Gambir yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Dari hasil penelitian juga didapatkan bahwa variable beban kerja, stress kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan ticketing officer PT. KAI Stasiun Gambir.
