The interview results obtained from the 5 participants said they had experienced constipation during pregnancy, during constipation the mother said she rarely ate foods that were high in fiber so that constipation took longer to resolve. Mothers feel sad and anxious during constipation because they cannot do normal activities, but mothers get full support from their husbands and parents by easing the work that mothers do every day at home such as washing, cooking, and cleaning the house. Efforts to overcome constipation during pregnancy, pregnant women increase water consumption at least 12 glasses per day so that the digestive process in the intestines becomes better.
