Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of human resource management in the management of the workforce at BMT Surya Raharja. This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of human resource management in the management of the workforce at BMT Surya Raharja. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of human resource management in manpower management at Bmt Surya Raharja Solokuro branch that human resource management in manpower management is important for financial institutions to prioritize shari'ah aspects, because competent workforce must have an Islamic attitude who prioritize noble, good and trustworthy character, carry out their obligations and duties as workers in Islamic financial institutions. BMT Surya Raharja Solokuro Branch applies sharia-based management and is also based on the Qur'an and Hadith.
