Abstract
Officers' readiness to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through document exchange is a problem in the community. This article discusses how the social engineering of COVID-19 cluster officers and Salawu Health Center officers in Tasikmalaya Regency in receiving and implementing document sterilization cabinet technology to suppress the transmission of the COVID-19 virus through document exchange. The use of ozone and UVC as sterilization media is beneficial but can negatively impact humans in the long term. Therefore education is needed for partners to avoid these negative impacts. This service activity method is partner situation analysis, pre-test, partner education, post-test, and conclusion. The result of this service is that partners have received document sterilization cabinets and UVC as room sterilizers. The results of measuring partner knowledge before and after participating in webinar activities using pre-test and post-test instruments, showed an increase in knowledge, skills and awareness by partners regarding the use of UVC and Ozone on average 83% from the initial condition of not understanding to understanding and skill. Keywords: covid-19; ozone; uvc; health community center Abstrak: Kesiapan petugas dalam mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 melalui pertukaran dokumen menjadi masalah di masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana rekayasa sosial pada petugas Gugus COVID-19 dan petugas Puskesmas Salawu di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dalam penerima dan implementasi teknologi lemari sterilisasi dokumen guna menekan penularan virus COVID-19 melalui pertukaran dokumen. Penggunaan ozon dan UVC sebagai media sterilisasi sangat efektif, tetapi dapat menghasilkan dampak negatif dalam jangka Panjang, oleh karena itu diperlukan edukasi kepada mitra agar terhindar dari dampak negatif tersebut. Metode pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah analisis situasi mitra, Pre-test, edukasi mitra, post-test dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mitra telah menerima lemari sterilisasi dokumen dan UVC sebagai sterilisasi ruangan. Hasil pengukuran terhadap pengetahuan mitra sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan webinar menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test, menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kewaspadaan oleh mitra terkait penggunaan UVC dan Ozon rata-rata 83% dari kondisi awal tidak memahami menjadi paham dan terampil.Kata kunci: covid-19; ozone; uvc; puskesmas
