Abstract

Service to the community provided by each agency is currently a major concern. The speed of service provided will increase public confidence in the institution. Therefore, all institutions both private and government make every effort to provide the best service in various ways including the use of Digital services. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency is one of the institutions that provides various public administration services to the public such as making KTP, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and others. The method of service is still not optimal. Therefore it is necessary to have a media that is a system that integrates the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Langkat Regency with the community with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) supported by SMS Gateway technology that can help people get the information they need easily and quickly and saving time.
