Abstract

The implementation of order and peace, especially in Bone Regency in this case has been implemented, but in fact the implementation of order and peace cannot be said to be optimal, because this is marked by a violation of the Regional Regulation of the Regency. Bone No. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order in the Bone Regency area. The problem that will be discussed is how the efforts to enforce Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order are carried out by the District Civil Service Police Unit. Bone and what factors affect the District Civil Service Police Unit. Bone in enforcing Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order. The purpose of this research is to find out how the efforts to enforce Regional Regulation no. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit of Bone Regency, as well as obstacles found in efforts to enforce the Regional Regulation. The research method used is empirical by conducting direct research on the Civil Service Police Unit of Bone Regency. The results of the study indicate that efforts to enforce Regional Regulation no. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit of Bone Regency, namely persuasive, preventive, and repressive approaches. The enforcement of Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Peace and Order carried out by the Bone Regency Civil Service Police Unit in its enforcement efforts still encounters obstacles caused by several factors, namely from fact of norm, facilities and infrastructure factors, resource quality factors humans, as well as factors that come from humans themselves. The conclusion is the enforcement of Regional Regulation no. 13 of 2016 concerning Public Order and Public Order carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit of Bone Regency is basically not optimal because in its implementation it has not been able to reach all sub-districts in Bone Regency.
