Abstract

Zolla Cosmetic is one of several businesses located on Jl. Surya Utama, Jebres, Surakarta. This business offers all things skincare and makeup for teenagers and adults, both women and men. In business process activities, Zolla Cosmetic has implemented strategic planning, but in this prospect the planning has missed the target so that it cannot be realized properly, problems regarding the process of collecting data on products sold and ordering data for customers are sometimes only written down, entered into Ms. Word and Ms. Excel. In odd moments, sharing and promoting Zolla Cosmetic products on social media, the beauty community has every rule if you want to post in the group. So, Zolla Cosmetic must plan an Information System strategy and information technology strategy to become a good business process in the future. In conclusion, the TOGAF ADM approach as a sales system strategic planning is one of the best solutions to support the Zolla Cosmetic business or organization. So with this, the author conducted research using the TOGAF ADM study to support a Sales Information System that is integrated, right on target and according to needs.
