Abstract

Abstrak Era informasi dan globalisasi membawa perubahan hidup manusia, baik perubahan positif maupun negatif. Salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah terjadinya dekandensi moral di kalangan remaja. Saat ini kenakalan remaja terus terjadi dari waktu-ke waktu. Dibutuhkan upaya sistemik untuk menekan perilaku menyimpang di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap pembinaan keagamaan dan solidaritas sosial remaja dari suatu wilayah di kabupaten Semarang yang pada masyarakatnya peduli terhadap kehidupan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan melibatkan tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan remaja sebagai informan. Analisis konten digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data menggunakan teori psikologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembinaan kepribadian islami remaja dilakukan melalui kegiatan keagamaan yaitu: kegiatan Taman Pendidikan Al Qur an (TPA), pengajian rutin malam Jum’at, kegiatan mujahadah, Yasinan. Melalaui kegiatan ini remaja menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih islami dibanding perilaku remaja era sebelumnya (2) Solidaritas sosial remaja dikembangkan melalui kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan, kerja bakti, anjang sana kegiatan pengajian, karangtaruna, santunan anak yatim dan kaum dhuafa (3) Faktor pendukung keberhasilan pembinaan kepribadian islami adalah adanya kerja antara perangkat desa, tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat, dukungan dari keluarga, sarana prasarana yang mewadai. Abstract The era of information and globalization brings changes in human life, both positive and negative changes. One of the negative impacts is the occurrence of moral decadence among adolescents. Currently juvenile delinquency continues to occur from time to time. Systemic efforts are needed to suppress deviant behavior among adolescents. This study aims to reveal the religious development and social solidarity of adolescents from an area in Semarang district which in the community cares about the lives of adolescents. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach involving religious leaders, community leaders and youth as informants. Content analysis is used as a data analysis technique using psychological theory. The results showed that (1) the development of the Islamic personality of adolescents was carried out through religious activities, namely: Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) activities, regular Friday night recitations, mujahadah activities, Yasinan. Through this activity, teenagers show more Islamic behavior than the behavior of teenagers in previous eras (2) Youth social solidarity is developed through social activities, community service, recitation activities, youth organizations, compensation for orphans and poor people (3) Supporting factors for the success of personality development Islam is the existence of work between village officials, religious leaders and community leaders, support from the family, infrastructure facilities that are in charge.
