Abstract
The strategy taken by Head of Traffic Unit to neutralize media coverage is to carry out media relations activities through managing relationships, developing strategies, and developing networks. For news production strategies that can be published by Traffic Unit itself by utilizing several social media, then if Traffic Unit has a work program or traffic action, Head of Traffic Unit should be able to emphasize doing thematic framing with the dramaturgical method. The genre that makes a lot of sense to apply is the comedy genre because nowadays many people are skeptical of the form of content that seems rigid even though it's an educational message. Humor content will make a message easier to connect with the target community. Humor usually makes people more interested in sharing the content.
