Abstract

This article presents a case study involving a 49-year-old female patient who sustained multiple fractures and an MCL injury to the medial aspect of her knee, which appears to be a post-trauma lesion. Corticosteroid injection was administered to the patient, and her progress was monitored through Range of Motion (ROM) and VAS scores for a period of 18 months. The findings of this study are discussed in detail within this article.
