Abstract
The risk of maternal death in developing countries is 33 times greater than in developed countries. The majority of countries around the world use ICD as a guide for recording, coding, tabulating, and reporting mortality statistics. To improve the accuracy of recording, classification of diseases and medical procedures, a community service related to coding of medical procedures was carried out at RSIA Sayang Ibu Batusangkar. This community service activity was held during the Covid-19 pandemic, so the implementation was carried out through the Zoom application. In this community service activity, in general the participants have been able to codify obstetric and gynecological procedures well, only need to increase the coding of complications cases. It is hoped that after this training, all participants can improve their abilities in understanding and coding obstetric and gynecological actions in the hospital. V
