Abstract

The challenges of innovative creative work, the opening of virtual work opportunities in the field of work that suits their interests, and idealism in the digital era have finally begun to change perspectives related to the meaning of a working career among millennials. In terms of work, Generation Z requires mentoring from superiors or seniors and requires motivation in their personal lives. The purpose of the community service training activity is to assist with tips for successfully entering the world of work for the millennial generation and to provide knowledge to be useful for job applicants, especially the millennial generation. So that prospective job applicants can prepare what must be prepared in the process of applying for a job. In general, someone who needs a job will submit a job application after obtaining information about the job vacancy obtained. The method applied to this community service training activity is active participation using four methods, namely implementation, problem-solving, and games. The results of this community service training activity showed that the training participants were very enthusiastic and participated in the activity from beginning to end, where many of the participants were young cadets who were still in school and college. This is expected to increase the knowledge of young people about tips for successfully entering the world of work, both in terms of understanding and in terms of application.
